You Asked: how to apply

Quick Answer

All admissions paperwork must be complete, and the entrance exam passed by the deadline for each term to be considered for admission:

Fall  Deadline

Priority admissions deadline: March 1

Final admissions deadline:  May 1

Spring Deadline

Priority admissions deadline: October 1

Final admissions due: November 1

The Nursing, Health Care Management Pinnacle Program, and Respiratory Care programs accept applicants in either the Spring or the Fall trimester.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Therapy programs only accept students for the Fall trimester.

Professional courses and clinical courses begin at set times each year, and students will be advised as to the time they will be entering their major courses and the progression plan (courses required) they must follow to reach their beginning date.

All applicants that meet the admission criteria will be reviewed for acceptance after the deadline for the term in which they are applying.  Once a decision has been made, the student will receive a letter indicating whether they have been accepted or not.

If a student is accepted into Baptist College of Health Sciences they are required to submit a non-refundable $100 enrollment fee, complete a physical examination and submit the student health form provided by the College, including a list of all previous immunizations, submit proof of health insurance coverage, and submit a background check, as well as attend an Orientation session.
